Placing an Order
Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover - we do not accept AMEX or Diner's Club.
A 4% customer service charge is applied to all online sales.
Due to excessively high credit card processing rates within the CBD industry we charge a 4% credit card processing fee. These unreasonable rates are unavoidable and controlled by large banks due to the “High Risk” of our business.
CannaBiz Depot strives to offer the lowest prices on high quality, 3rd party tested products, often 25% lower than our competitors!
Cost of Shipping
We use USPS for shipping and charge a flat rate of $5.00.
Any order over $100 includes free shipping.
When Will My Order Ship?
Generally, all packages are shipped out via USPS within 48 hours after payment has processed. Our policy states to allow 2-4 days for fulfillment which is in place to give CannaBiz Depot time to process all orders during periods of higher volume.
Once your package has shipped you will receive your USPS tracking number via the email associated with your order. Please also note that your shipping time estimate (5-7 days) begins AFTER your order has shipped out of our offices.
Please note that we usually can not ship on the weekends. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped out until Monday.
Making Changes To An Order
Unfortunately, after an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it. We do this to avoid any higher percentage of errors in the Fulfillment process, as we strive to provide the highest quality service for our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not offer expedited or rush shipping at this time.
International Shipping
We do not offer International shipping. We also do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands at this time.
My Transaction Was Declined. What Do I Do?
Do not worry! If you are seeing a ‘failed’ or ‘declined’ transaction error message, there are a few steps you can take!
Please note that card approval rates are not 100% and sometimes cards do get declined for reasons not in our or your control. If after following these steps you are still having trouble, please feel free to contact our store at 608-519-3910.
- Please try clearing your history
- Try a different browser
- Try a different card (Master Card and VISA are the most commonly accepted)
- Please verify that the zip code on your card and billing address match!

Return Policy
Online Return Policy
Unopened and unused product can be returned within 7 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.
**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**
Returns Process:
Email us at [email protected] ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
- Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to [email protected] so we can keep an eye out for it.
- Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement. *If you have any questions regarding our return policy please email [email protected].*
All CannaBiz Depot products purchased via retail, your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
CannaBiz Depot will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on mycannabizdepot.com. The CannaBiz Depot will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
In Store Return Policy
We accept returns on all unused products, as well as electronics within their original, unopened packaging. If the product has been used, we will not accept a return.
Items bought in store must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be given in the form of an exchange. We will help you find a new product that suits your needs and issue a credit for the amount of the return towards the new product.
Payment refunds can only be arranged by special request.
Refunds and Returns
If you feel that you are entitled to a refund on your purchase, please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Note on Efficacy: Everyone’s experience with CBD is a little different and there’s no guaranteed or standard reaction. Some people find a very small amount of CBD to be what they need while others take much more; CBD is a very personalized supplement and may not be effective for some individual’s specific goals. In addition, the advice and claims we can make are limited by restrictions placed on dietary supplements by the FDA—please consider reading scholarly articles on the efficacy of CBD for your circumstances. It’s also important to understand that you won’t necessarily feel anything when using CBD (there’s no mental or physical high).
Change of Address
We can quickly edit the shipping address before your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, we will be happy to further assist to ensure that you receive it. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 11 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] before sending your item to 200 4th Street S, La Crosse, WI 54601. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges after the initial purchase.
